These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JAYNE RODRIGUEZ online store at jaynerodriguez.shop and all purchases made through it.

By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Products and orders
We describe items as accurately as we can, including materials, outside dimensions, sleep area and neck range. Screen colours vary slightly from real canvas, leather and rope, and leather may show natural variation in grain and tone. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline it for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limits, and we will refund anything already paid.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Shipping costs are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but not after an order is accepted.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Safe use
Beds, collars, leashes and harnesses are sold for domestic pet use. Check the fit and the condition of stitching, buckles and clips regularly, and remove a product from use if it is damaged. No harness or collar is indestructible, and no product on this site is a substitute for supervision. You are responsible for choosing a size that fits your dog.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue for commercial use, or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The JAYNE RODRIGUEZ name, product photography and site copy belong to JAYNE RODRIGUEZ and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAYNE RODRIGUEZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including implied warranties that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
