JAYNE RODRIGUEZ is a small pet-furniture and walking-gear label based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We make six pieces — three beds, three walking sets — in washed cotton canvas, full-grain leather and marine rope, and we keep making them until the shape is right.
What we make
Two families of product: beds for the crate, the corner and the car — an orthopedic bed, a flat crate mat and a roll-up travel bed — and walking sets: a vegetable-tanned leather collar, a braided rope leash and a padded harness. Each style comes in three colours and three sizes, and every product page lists its exact outside dimensions, sleep area and neck range.
How we choose materials
Washed cotton canvas that softens instead of pilling, high-density foam with a memory layer on top, water-resistant inner liners, and full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from a tannery in Portugal. Solid brass D-rings, buckles and clips, and 8 mm double-braided marine rope for leashes. If a material flattens, frays or smells after a few washes, it does not go into the range.
