How do I choose a bed size?
Measure the crate floor, or the dog lying stretched out, nose to tail, and add 4 inches. Sleep area is listed on every product page: Small 19 × 13 in, Medium 24 × 17 in, Large 29 × 20 in. A dog that likes to curl up can go one size down; a dog that sprawls needs the larger one.
How do I measure for a collar or harness?
For a collar, measure the neck where the collar actually sits and leave room for two fingers. For a harness, measure the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs: Small 14–19 in, Medium 19–25 in, Large 25–32 in. If the measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger one.
What are the products made of?
Washed cotton canvas over high-density foam with a memory layer, recycled fibre fill for the crate mat, ripstop polyester for the travel bed, full-grain vegetable-tanned leather and solid brass hardware for the collar, 8 mm double-braided marine rope for the leash, and padded nylon webbing for the harness. Can the bed covers be washed?
Yes. Unzip the cover and wash it at 30°C on a normal cycle, then air dry or tumble low. The foam core is wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap — never put the core in a machine. The crate mat washes whole.
How should I care for leather and rope?
Wipe leather with a soft damp cloth, keep it out of long direct sun, and condition it twice a year with a neutral leather cream. Rinse rope in cool water after a muddy walk and let it dry in the shade; do not tumble dry it or leave it soaking.

When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days in the contiguous US, expedited 2–3.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 in the contiguous US, otherwise $7. Expedited is $14. Alaska and Hawaii are $12 standard, $22 expedited.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. South Dakota deliveries include state and municipal sales tax (6.2% in Sioux Falls), calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are taxable in South Dakota.
Returns & repairs
Can I return a bed my dog has slept on?
No — for hygiene reasons bedding that a pet has used cannot be resold, so it cannot be refunded. Check the size against the crate before the first night; trying a collar on indoors for a minute is fine. If something is faulty, that is different: email us and we will repair or replace it. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Do you repair items?
Yes. Stitching, buckles, clips and D-rings are repaired for the cost of postage, for as long as we can source the parts. Email a photo and your order number and we will quote before you send it.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Return the unused item and place a new order for the size or colour you want — it reserves stock immediately.
